Cancellation Policy
Effective Immediately Xclusive Taste provides strategy-led digital services, design execution, brand development, and operational support. All services are documentation-based and scheduled intentionally to protect quality, timelines, and client experience. Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit (30%–50%) is required to reserve any digital service, project start date, or deadline. • Deposits secure priority scheduling and block time on our production calendar. • Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule or before final delivery. Digital Appointment Model Many services operate as digital appointments, meaning clients reserve a deadline date, not hourly labor. Work begins once all required assets, approvals, and payments are received. Early submissions may result in early completion. Client Readiness Clients are responsible for providing: • Final text content (proofread) • High-quality images or assets • Brand colors, fonts, and references • Clear instructions and approvals Delays in submission or feedback will extend timelines. Xclusive Taste is not responsible for delays caused by client readiness. Revisions & Scope • Each service includes a defined number of revisions. • Revisions apply to existing layouts, not new concepts. • Additional revisions or scope changes require additional fees. • New ideas introduced after approval are considered new work. Turnaround Times Turnaround times are estimates and depend on: • Project size and complexity • Client responsiveness • Asset readiness • Revision rounds Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Communication Policy • Documentation-only communication (email, forms, chat portals). • No phone calls, voice notes, or unscheduled meetings. • Strategy sessions must be booked separately. Payments & Late Fees • Payment plans must remain current. • Late payments may pause work immediately. • No files are released until balances are paid in full. No Refund Policy Due to the custom and digital nature of our services: • All sales are final • Deposits are non-refundable • Completed work is non-refundable File Delivery & Ownership • Final files are delivered digitally. • Editable files are only included if stated. • Xclusive Taste retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
