Cancellation Policy

Admin, Tech & Operations Concierge Booking Policy By booking this service, you are reserving dedicated execution time for task-based business support. This is not a traditional consultation, unlimited support package, or open-ended project service. Submission Requirements All task details, files, screenshots, links, account access, and instructions must be submitted at booking or at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Incomplete submissions may delay execution, reduce productive service time, require additional booked time, or result in rescheduling. Reserved time begins as scheduled regardless of responsiveness. Scope of Service This service covers execution-focused support within your purchased time block, including administrative assistance, research, sourcing, digital organization, spreadsheet support, website updates, troubleshooting, platform support, and minor existing asset edits. Requests exceeding purchased time, complexity, or scope may require additional time, an upgraded service tier, or a separate quote. Communication During Service If clarification is needed during your reserved support window, communication will occur through approved communication channels. Delayed responses may affect completion within the scheduled timeframe. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Requests made with less notice may be subject to forfeiture or rescheduling fees. Emergency exceptions are handled at discretion. Late / Missing Information If required materials are not submitted before your appointment, reserved time remains billable. Delays caused by missing information may require rescheduling. No-Show Policy Failure to provide required information, access, or communication during active troubleshooting may be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable. Access & Permissions Clients are responsible for providing correct logins, permissions, access links, files, and relevant information. Time lost due to access restrictions counts toward reserved service time. Exclusions This service does not include full design creation, branding packages, website rebuilds, advanced development, coding, large migrations, strategic consulting, extensive revisions, or unlimited support. Separate quotes may be required. Refund Policy Due to reserved scheduling commitments, concierge support bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
