Advisory & Strategy Consultation Your Vision, Strategized & Structured This one-on-one strategy session is designed to help you evaluate ideas, solve challenges, clarify priorities, and create actionable next steps for your business, brand, project, event, or organization. During this session, we'll review your goals, discuss opportunities and obstacles, identify practical solutions, and develop a realistic plan for implementation. Screen sharing may be used when reviewing websites, documents, marketing materials, systems, workflows, or project plans. Includes: • 60-minute audio consultation • Screen sharing when needed • Strategic planning and problem solving • Brainstorming and idea development • Business, marketing, operations, or project guidance • Action items and recommendations Common Topics: • Business development • Marketing strategy • Brand development • Operations and systems • Event planning • Vendor sourcing • Website planning and improvements • Project management • Growth and expansion planning Booking Information: Your appointment time reserves dedicated planning and consultation time. Cancellation Policy
LIVE CHAT, CONSULTATION & STRATEGY SESSION AGREEMENT • Full payment is required to reserve your session and is non-refundable. • Fees compensate for reserved time, scheduling priority, preparation, planning, professional expertise, and digital labor. • Rescheduling may be allowed with at least 24 hours' notice and is subject to availability. • No-shows, missed appointments, or repeated late arrivals may require a new booking. • Sessions may be conducted through Zoom Audio & Screen Share, SMS/Text, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, Wix Spaces, or other approved platforms. Camera participation is not required. • Your session begins at the scheduled appointment time. Clients are responsible for being available and monitoring their selected communication platform. • Sessions may be used for business development, planning, marketing, branding, websites, content, operations, workflows, systems, events, vendor discussions, accountability, implementation guidance, project planning, and strategic support. • Clients should provide relevant goals, files, links, screenshots, timelines, budgets, questions, and supporting materials before or during the session. • Sessions may include brainstorming, recommendations, reviews, strategy development, screen sharing, guidance, accountability, implementation discussions, and resource recommendations. • Unless otherwise stated, sessions do not include unlimited support, done-for-you services, design production, website development, technical implementation, administrative labor, vendor outreach, project management, marketing execution, or ongoing support outside the booked session. • Additional services may require separate booking, project proposals, partnership enrollment, support packages, or additional fees. • Some tasks may be completed collaboratively during sessions through screen sharing, planning activities, reviews, organization, and implementation guidance. • Xclusive Taste provides advisory, planning, and development support. Results depend on client participation, implementation, consistency, resources, timing, and market conditions. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. • Respectful communication is required. Harassment, abusive behavior, manipulation, threats, inappropriate conduct, or repeated disruption may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
