Service Description
Deadline-Based Digital Appointment This service is booked as a digital appointment to reserve a priority production window for your birthday or release. At checkout, select the date your images must be completed by. Clients may book weeks in advance to secure priority on our schedule. All creative work is completed before your selected date so visuals are ready for midnight posts, same-day releases, or scheduled uploads. How It Works • Book your deadline date • A deposit secures your priority slot • Once you receive your photos and select your final images, production begins • Design updates are provided within 2–3 business days of receiving images • Final images are delivered ahead of your deadline What You Receive Each package includes: • One cohesive visual theme • Multiple visual variations within that theme • Different backgrounds, layouts, or framing styles • A coordinated set that feels polished, not repetitive Variations depend on outfits and image selection. Package Options Signature Theme Set — $125 • Up to 6 selected photos + inspo • 3 final edited images • Up to 3 theme directions previewed, finalized into one look • Social-ready exports Deluxe Theme Set — $175 • Up to 6 selected photos + inspo • 4 final edited images • One fully developed theme • Priority scheduling Premium Creative Theme — $225 • Up to 6 selected photos • 4 final edited images • One cohesive theme with intentional variation Premium Creative Theme (Priority Prep) — $295 • Design prep before images are received • Up to 10 selected photos • Up to 8 final edited images • Draft foundations within 2 business days of image delivery • Priority production scheduling • $150 deposit required to begin Optional Add-Ons • Additional image (same theme): $25 • Additional theme/background: $50 • Short animation (reel/story/Snap): $40 • PNG cutout or sticker asset: $30 • 48-hour rush: $35 Important Notes • Clients must submit the exact images to be edited • Full galleries are not reviewed • Image quality affects final results • One finalized theme per package • Final files are released once payment is complete A $75 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Remaining balance is due before final delivery.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Scheduling This service is booked as a digital appointment to reserve a priority production window. The date selected at checkout is the deadline your final images are required by Clients may book weeks or up to one month in advance Early booking secures priority on our schedule and allows smoother turnaround Projects are completed before the selected deadline so images are ready for midnight or same-day posting Deposit & Payment A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and deadline The deposit applies toward the total service cost Remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered Fully paid projects are prioritized in production Image Submission Clients must submit the exact images they want edited Full galleries are not reviewed or sorted Images must be clear, high-resolution, and not distorted For full-body edits, images should not have objects covering legs, shoes, or key areas Late image submission may affect turnaround and priority. Production Timeline Production begins once final images are received and confirmed Design updates are provided within 2–3 business days of image delivery Final images are delivered ahead of the selected deadline, not on the deadline day Themes & Variations Each package includes one finalized theme Final images are delivered as distinct visual variations within that theme Variations may include different backgrounds, layouts, framing styles, or scene depth Additional themes or major changes require an add-on or new booking Revisions Revisions are limited to the scope of the selected package Revisions do not include new concepts, themes, or image swaps Additional revisions may require an add-on fee Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable Deadline changes are subject to availability Rescheduling is not guaranteed for last-minute changes Final Delivery Final files are released once payment is complete Files are delivered digitally Printing is not included Summary This service is designed for clients who want organized, on-time visuals for birthdays or releases.
