Cancellation Policy
Xclusive Taste LLC: Virtual Assistant & Website Design Policy Booking & Payment: Consultations & Project Details: Clients must provide clear project details through a detailed form for all virtual assistant and website design services. Website designs may take up to a month or longer, depending on client input, review, and revision processes. Payments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all services. Work will not begin until the deposit is received. Projects under $100 require full upfront payment. We accept payments via CashApp and other online platforms. Revision Policy: Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra fees, extending the project timeline as needed. Revisions must be requested within the agreed timeline. Contracts for Large Projects: Projects that require more than one week of work will require a signed contract outlining: Scope of Work Payment Schedules Project Milestones Packages & Discounts: We offer package deals for clients needing multiple services, such as design and virtual assistant work, at a discounted rate. Refund Policy: Non-Refundable Services: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. All services are non-refundable upon completion, as they involve significant time, effort, and research. Cancellations: If a project is canceled before work begins, the deposit will be held as credit for future use, valid for up to 6 months. Communication Policy: Virtual Documentation: All communications, including emails, chats, project tracking sheets, or text messages, are documented to ensure accuracy and provide a reference for the project’s progress. This policy helps clients who are juggling busy schedules, ensuring all project details are accessible at any time. Project Tracking: Larger projects will include live project tracking sheets, ensuring full transparency and allowing clients to monitor progress.
