Between Sessions Implementation Period Client begins implementing recommendations and action items. Support is available through approved communication channels for clarification and accountability. Session 2 Progress Review & Next Phase Planning Conducted approximately 2–4 weeks after Session 1. We review implementation progress, address challenges, adjust strategies, and identify the next phase of development. Booking Policy Upon purchase, clients may schedule: ✅ Session 1 immediately ✅ Session 2 in advance (recommended 2–4 weeks later) OR ✅ Schedule Session 2 after implementation begins Both sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
LIVE CHAT, CONSULTATION & STRATEGY SESSION AGREEMENT • Full payment is required to reserve your session and is non-refundable. • Fees compensate for reserved time, scheduling priority, preparation, planning, professional expertise, and digital labor. • Rescheduling may be allowed with at least 24 hours' notice and is subject to availability. • No-shows, missed appointments, or repeated late arrivals may require a new booking. • Sessions may be conducted through Zoom Audio & Screen Share, SMS/Text, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, Wix Spaces, or other approved platforms. Camera participation is not required. • Your session begins at the scheduled appointment time. Clients are responsible for being available and monitoring their selected communication platform. • Sessions may be used for business development, planning, marketing, branding, websites, content, operations, workflows, systems, events, vendor discussions, accountability, implementation guidance, project planning, and strategic support. • Clients should provide relevant goals, files, links, screenshots, timelines, budgets, questions, and supporting materials before or during the session. • Sessions may include brainstorming, recommendations, reviews, strategy development, screen sharing, guidance, accountability, implementation discussions, and resource recommendations. • Unless otherwise stated, sessions do not include unlimited support, done-for-you services, design production, website development, technical implementation, administrative labor, vendor outreach, project management, marketing execution, or ongoing support outside the booked session. • Additional services may require separate booking, project proposals, partnership enrollment, support packages, or additional fees. • Some tasks may be completed collaboratively during sessions through screen sharing, planning activities, reviews, organization, and implementation guidance. • Xclusive Taste provides advisory, planning, and development support. Results depend on client participation, implementation, consistency, resources, timing, and market conditions. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. • Respectful communication is required. Harassment, abusive behavior, manipulation, threats, inappropriate conduct, or repeated disruption may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
