Investment: $25 non-refundable deposit What This Call Is For: • Discussing your project goals, scope, and readiness • Determining whether your project is a good fit for our services • Reviewing realistic timelines, deliverables, and next steps Budget Readiness Requirement: To ensure a productive call, clients must have an agency budget in mind prior to scheduling. • Your agency budget determines the level of strategy, design, development, and support we can provide • Third-party costs such as printing, manufacturing, advertising, logistics, inventory, and outside contractors are not included in our agency rate • Third-party budgets are assessed and planned after agency scope is confirmed • This allows us to build responsibly and avoid over-promising or under-scoping your project Deposit Policy: • The $25 deposit secures your scheduled date and time • If you move forward with booking a service, the deposit is applied toward your project • The deposit is non-refundable and compensates for reserved time Communication & Documentation Policy: To maintain clarity and momentum: • All instructions, directions, edits, and project details must be submitted via email, text, or shared document • Verbal instructions outside of the scheduled call will not be accepted • This ensures accuracy, accountability, and efficient progress between work and life responsibilities Rescheduling Policy: • One complimentary reschedule is permitted with advance notice • Additional reschedules may require an additional fee to protect reserved time This call is best suited for clients who value structured planning, clear communication, and realistic budgeting.

Cancellation Policy
Xclusive Taste LLC: Virtual Assistant & Website Design Policy Booking & Payment: Consultations & Project Details: Clients must provide clear project details through a detailed form for all virtual assistant and website design services. Website designs may take up to a month or longer, depending on client input, review, and revision processes. Payments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all services. Work will not begin until the deposit is received. Projects under $100 require full upfront payment. We accept payments via CashApp and other online platforms. Revision Policy: Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra fees, extending the project timeline as needed. Revisions must be requested within the agreed timeline. Contracts for Large Projects: Projects that require more than one week of work will require a signed contract outlining: Scope of Work Payment Schedules Project Milestones Packages & Discounts: We offer package deals for clients needing multiple services, such as design and virtual assistant work, at a discounted rate. Refund Policy: Non-Refundable Services: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. All services are non-refundable upon completion, as they involve significant time, effort, and research. Cancellations: If a project is canceled before work begins, the deposit will be held as credit for future use, valid for up to 6 months.
