A scheduled Zoom audio-only consultation designed for prospective clients who are ready to discuss their project, goals, priorities, challenges, and support needs with intention and clarity before moving into custom services. Investment: $35 non-refundable consultation fee This Session Is Ideal For: • discussing project ideas, business goals, and next steps • determining whether your project is a good fit for our services • reviewing realistic timelines, scope, deliverables, and support needs • launch planning, business expansion, or strategic direction • website planning, product development, or creative direction discussions • operational troubleshooting, systems planning, or workflow support • vendor, outsourcing, production, or implementation planning conversations Session Format • Conducted via Zoom audio-only (camera/video not required) • If Zoom access or browser issues prevent participation, a phone call may be used as a backup when available • Sessions may be recorded for documentation, training, note-taking, project reference, or service clarity Budget Readiness To ensure a productive consultation, clients should have a realistic budget range in mind before scheduling. Your available budget helps determine: • the level of strategy, planning, support, and implementation possible • whether phased execution or payment arrangements may be appropriate • what may require separate outsourcing or vendor support Please note: Third-party costs such as printing, manufacturing, advertising, vendors, staffing, logistics, and contractors are separate from agency pricing. Consultation Credit Consultation fees may be credited toward qualifying booked services if you move forward within the approved timeframe. Communication & Scheduling • Project details, references, links, and approvals should remain documented in writing • One-time rescheduling may be considered with at least 12 hours’ notice • Missed appointments, no-shows, or failed connections without communication may require a $15 rebooking fee Best for clients who value structured planning, realistic strategy, and clear communication before execution.

Cancellation Policy
LIVE CHAT, CONSULTATION & STRATEGY SESSION AGREEMENT • Full payment is required to reserve your session and is non-refundable. • Fees compensate for reserved time, scheduling priority, preparation, planning, professional expertise, and digital labor. • Rescheduling may be allowed with at least 24 hours' notice and is subject to availability. • No-shows, missed appointments, or repeated late arrivals may require a new booking. • Sessions may be conducted through Zoom Audio & Screen Share, SMS/Text, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, Wix Spaces, or other approved platforms. Camera participation is not required. • Your session begins at the scheduled appointment time. Clients are responsible for being available and monitoring their selected communication platform. • Sessions may be used for business development, planning, marketing, branding, websites, content, operations, workflows, systems, events, vendor discussions, accountability, implementation guidance, project planning, and strategic support. • Clients should provide relevant goals, files, links, screenshots, timelines, budgets, questions, and supporting materials before or during the session. • Sessions may include brainstorming, recommendations, reviews, strategy development, screen sharing, guidance, accountability, implementation discussions, and resource recommendations. • Unless otherwise stated, sessions do not include unlimited support, done-for-you services, design production, website development, technical implementation, administrative labor, vendor outreach, project management, marketing execution, or ongoing support outside the booked session. • Additional services may require separate booking, project proposals, partnership enrollment, support packages, or additional fees. • Some tasks may be completed collaboratively during sessions through screen sharing, planning activities, reviews, organization, and implementation guidance. • Xclusive Taste provides advisory, planning, and development support. Results depend on client participation, implementation, consistency, resources, timing, and market conditions. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. • Respectful communication is required. Harassment, abusive behavior, manipulation, threats, inappropriate conduct, or repeated disruption may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
