All design sales are final. Due to the custom nature of this service, we do not offer refunds or returns once design work has begun or been approved.

While we proudly partner with Vistaprint, a trusted and reputable print provider, Xclusive Taste LLC is not liable for any printing or shipping issues, including delays, damages, or misprints that may occur during transit or production.

However, as your service partner, we will gladly contact Vistaprint on your behalf to help resolve any issues, in alignment with their customer service and resolution policies. Vistaprint will only reach out to you directly if you specifically request that we escalate the matter for you through their channels.

Design Turnaround:

• Standard Design Time: 1–2 weeks
  (Includes: sample design, up to 3 mass revisions, and final approval)

• Client Approval Window: Up to 1 week for review and feedback

• Printing & Shipping (via Vistaprint): Estimated 1 week

Estimated Total Time: Up to 4 Weeks
This timeline is based on timely client communication and prompt approvals. Delays in responses or approvals may extend the total turnaround time.

⚡ Rush Services & Additional Fees:

• Rush Design or Expedited Shipping: Available upon request.
  Additional rush fees may apply and must be paid prior to fast-tracked service or shipping upgrades.

• Extra Revisions: Includes up to 3 bulk revisions after your initial sample.
  Any additional mass revision sessions (with multiple change requests in one session) will incur a $25 fee per session.
