How Scheduling Works

All details must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance
This helpdesk is capped at 2 hours per booking. Tasks are completed within the scheduled time on the day selected. Larger or ongoing work requires a different service.
What Qualifies
(Up to 2 Hours Max)
This service is for light, focused tasks or fast strategy support that can reasonably be completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours on the scheduled day.
Examples of qualifying requests include:

Answering a specific business or strategy question

Small website text edits or minor updates

Fixing or adding a booking link or button

Simple form edits or tweaks
-
Updating policies, FAQs, or short descriptions

Google Business Profile updates
-
Basic automation adjustments (single-step or light edits)
-
Reviewing something and giving clear next steps
-
Helping decide what to do next and how to do it
These are single-focus tasks, not ongoing work.
What Does NOT Qualify
This service does not include work that exceeds the 2-hour cap or requires deeper operational involvement.
The following do not qualify and must be booked under Admin & Operations Services or a retainer:

Ongoing admin or operations management

Multi-system setup or rebuilds

Large website changes or multiple page updates

Inbox, DM, or customer communication

Data entry, cleanup, or reconciliation
-
Content calendars or full content creation
-
Complex automations or integrations
-
Repeating weekly or monthly tasks
-
Anything that feels like a job, role, or ongoing responsibility
If a request requires more time, multiple phases, or ongoing execution, we’ll recommend the appropriate service.
