By submitting this form, you agree to the following:

1. Documentation-Only Communication


All instructions, revisions, and approvals must be submitted in writing (email, text, DM, chat, or your client portal). We do not accept phone or video calls for project direction.



2. Turnaround Depends on Client Readiness


Timelines vary based on how quickly you provide content, logins, approvals, and required materials. Missing or delayed information will extend your turnaround.


3. Required Materials to Begin


Before work begins, you must submit your branding, page list, product/service info, and public-facing policies. If you do not provide text, we will add basic placeholder copy only.


4. Budget Determines Scope


Your selected budget tier determines:

• design level

• number of pages

• number of product/service uploads

• number of policy uploads

• basic setup vs full setup

• amount of copy support provided

Lower budgets include a basic starter setup. Higher budgets include full customization, expanded setup, testing, and user-experience adjustments.


5. Copywriting & SEO Limitations


Your project includes basic meta descriptions and simple structural text if needed. Full SEO, keyword research, alt text, and long-form copywriting are not included unless added to your package.


6. Milestones, Retainers & Testing

Larger projects may require milestone payments or retainers to cover additional setup, testing, mobile optimization, and functionality checks.
